Returns & Exchanges
La Grâce Vintage primarily offers pre-owned, vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind items.
Due to the nature of these items, they may show signs of age and previous use, including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, and wear. Please carefully review the images and product descriptions provided on each product page before making a purchase.
For orders placed within Japan or from jurisdictions where no statutory right of withdrawal applies, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind or other circumstances attributable to the customer.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as differences in expectations, incorrect sizing, ordering errors, or signs of age and wear inherent to vintage and pre-owned items.
However, the above does not apply in the following circumstances:
- You receive an item different from the one you ordered.
- The item has a significant defect that was not disclosed in the product description.
- The item has been significantly damaged during shipping.
If any of the above applies, please contact us through our inquiry form or at our designated email address within seven days of receiving your order.
Items returned without contacting us in advance will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We also cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances in the following cases:
- The item has been used.
- The item has been scratched, stained, damaged, or otherwise altered while in the customer’s possession.
- The item shows traces or odors from perfume, tobacco, cosmetics, or similar substances.
- You contact us more than seven days after receiving the item.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory rights granted to customers under applicable law.
Right of Withdrawal in the European Union (EU) and Other Applicable Jurisdictions
Customers who are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under the laws of the European Union (EU) or other applicable jurisdictions may, notwithstanding the return conditions above, withdraw from an online purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which they receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through our inquiry form or at our designated email address within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the goods within the period prescribed by applicable law.
Where the withdrawal is made at the customer’s discretion, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, including return shipping and packaging costs.
Please handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and condition.
If the value of the goods has diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose, we may deduct the amount corresponding to that diminished value from the refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The right of withdrawal described in this section does not apply to goods or transactions that are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.
Refunds
Where a return or withdrawal from the purchase contract is accepted, a refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and this policy.
For returns made pursuant to a statutory right of withdrawal under EU or other applicable law, we will refund the purchase price of the goods as well as the cost of the standard delivery option available at the time of purchase.
If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Vintage & Antique Items
Most items offered by La Grâce Vintage are vintage or antique pieces that have existed for many years.
Minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, wear, variations resulting from the original manufacturing process, and other signs of age should be understood as inherent characteristics of vintage and antique items.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, items do not include original branded boxes, cases, certificates, or other accessories. Boxes, display items, and other props used for photography are also not included with the product.
