Pricing

All prices displayed on each product page are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Shipping fees are charged separately from the product price.

Domestic Shipping within Japan:
Flat rate of JPY 1,000 nationwide.

For international orders, shipping fees vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges may be imposed depending on the destination country or region. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Timing

Payment is processed and confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Shipping

We ship both within Japan and internationally.

Orders are generally dispatched within five business days after the order and payment have been confirmed.

Please note that shipping operations may be suspended on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, during the New Year holiday period, or on other designated non-business days.

Delivery may take longer than usual depending on the destination, transportation conditions, customs clearance procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

La Grâce Vintage primarily offers vintage and antique items, including pre-owned and one-of-a-kind pieces.

Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, products may show signs of age and previous use, including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, wear, or traces of previous repairs. Please carefully review all product images and descriptions before placing your order.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer circumstances, including differences in personal expectations, incorrect sizing, or ordering errors.

As a general rule, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been confirmed.

Exceptions may apply in the following circumstances:

• You receive an item different from the one you ordered.
• The item has a significant defect that was not disclosed in the product description.
• The item has been significantly damaged during shipping.

If any of the above applies, please contact us through our inquiry form within seven days of receiving your order.

After reviewing the circumstances, we will provide instructions regarding the appropriate resolution, including return or refund where applicable. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Items returned without contacting us in advance may not be accepted.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

Vintage and antique items naturally exhibit signs of age and previous use that are not typically found in new products.

Minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, wear, and other conditions that are visible in the product images or described in the product description are considered inherent characteristics of vintage and pre-owned items and are not grounds for return or exchange.

Accessories & Packaging

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, items do not include original branded boxes, cases, dust bags, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, or other original accessories.

Branded boxes, cases, display items, and other props used for photography are not included with the product unless specifically stated otherwise.
